HHC Motorsport has announced it will run a second car in next
year's BRDC Formula 4 Championship to partner current Ginetta
Junior championship leader Charlie Robertson who has already been
confirmed.
Founded by Charlie Kemp and Jody Hemmings, HHC Motorsport made its
debut in the highly competitive Ginetta Junior series in 2010 and
since then has quickly established itself as a race-winning team.
This year they're running Charlie Robertson, who is favourite to
secure the title honours during next weekend's finale at Brands
Hatch, along with Will Palmer who has gone from strength to
strength since joining the squad.
Charlie Kemp said: "We are very excited about competing in the
BRDC Formula 4 Championship next year. It's clearly a sensible step
for drivers looking to move into single-seaters after junior
racing, especially with the car being very well priced and
affordable to run. Add in the promotional push that MSV will give
to the championship and we know it's going to be a huge success and
we can't wait to get our hands on the new car."
Jonathan Palmer, Formula 4 Series Director, said: "I'm delighted
Charlie and Jody have chosen to run two cars in BRDC F4. Having
worked closely with them both and seen the professional way they
approach the Ginetta Junior series, I'm sure they'll be very
competitive in Formula 4."
